The next challenge became validation.
Before building a large software product, the methodology needed to prove itself with real users.
The pilot strategy therefore shifted toward a low-software approach.
The initial product can operate through:
- a structured Adaptive Training master prompt
- participant intake
- ChatGPT
- manual or lightweight tracking
- weekly reviews
- participant feedback
The objective is not to test whether users like an app.
The objective is to test whether Adaptive Training changes behavior and training decisions.
Important pilot questions include:
- Does Adaptive Training increase training consistency?
- Do users return faster after missing training?
- Do micro-sessions prevent abandonment?
- Does the Best Investment recommendation change what users actually do?
- Does adaptive programming reduce all-or-nothing behavior?
- Do users begin identifying themselves as someone who trains?
- Does the system improve outcomes without creating excessive tracking burden?
During the pilot, the methodology should remain relatively stable.
Major changes should be logged as observations and candidate improvements rather than continuously rewriting the methodology mid-test.
